قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء من الموضوعات التي تزايد البحث عنها خلال الساعات الأخيرة، تزامنًا مع تصديق الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي عليه، و نشره داخل الجريدة الرسمية، و ذلك بعد موافقة المجلس بشكل نهائي علي القانون في شهر نوفمبر الماضي.
قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء يعتبر قانون التصالح في مخالفات البناء، واحدًا من أهم القوانين التي قام البرلمان بإصدارها خلال دورة الانعقاد الحالية، حيث يهدف لتقنين أوضاع المواطنين من أصحاب مخالفات البناء، عبر حل الإشكاليات التي واجهت التطبيق العملي للقانون الصادر قديمًا
أسعار التصالح في مخالفات البناء الجديدة أسعار التصالح في مخالفات البناء الجديدة بالنسبة لـ أسعار التصالح في مخالفات البناء، فقد نصت المادة رقم 8 من القانون، أن تصدر السلطات المختصة قرارًا بتحديد مقابل التصالح و تقنين الأوضاع وفق سعر المتر لكل منطقة وفق المستوى العمراني و الحضاري ز توافر الخدمات، بشرط أن لا يقل مقابل التصالح للمتر المسطح عن 50 جنيهًا ولا يزيد عن 2500 جنيه، على أن يتم الاسترشاد بقانون المادة 17 لسنة 2019.
تخفيضات بنسبة 20% من أسعار التصالح في مخالفات البناء و أوضح القانون أنه يتم سداد باقي مقابل التصالح في مدة قدرها 60 يوم من تاريخ إخطار مقدم طلب التصالح بموافقة اللجنة المنصوص عليها رقم 5 من هذا القانون، و يمكن بقانون رئيس مجلس الوزراء الحصول على نسبة تخفيض قدرها 20% من إجمالي مقابل التصالح، و ذلك عند سداد المبلغ بشكل فوري.
و أشار القانون بأنه يمكن تقسيط مبلغ التصالح خلال مدة قدرها 5 سنوات، على أن يستحق عائد بنسبة 7% حَسَبَ اللائحة التنفيذية أو القانون، و يكون ذلك من تاريخ الاستحقاق إلي تاريخ السداد، و ذلك في حال زادت مدة التقسيط عن 3 سنوات
